The Frank welcomes children and their caretakers for Storytime Hour! This time, we’re celebrating the Winter Solstice with the book ‘The Shortest Day’ written by Susan Cooper and illustrated by Carson Ellis. After the reading, children will be able to enjoy arts and crafts with a guided art activity.
