Join us for our first meeting of the Teen Art Club! Teen Art Club offers monthly workshops for teenagers to explore artistic mediums and creative expression with artist and educator Melanie Oliva. In month’s art activity, students will design and construct a poster based on artist Favianna Rodriguez’s style that advocates for a human right in recognition of Human Rights Month. This program encourages creative problem-solving using a wide range of materials, exploring styles and techniques inspired by contemporary artists.
Advanced registration is suggested, art activity is limited to 20 participants.
